Following the ceremony:

- warm brie smothered in maple, bacon and pecans served on maple planks
- cured, local meats
- Danish pastry with house-made sweet gherkins
- fresh strawberry salsa
- marinated rosemary mushrooms

- plenty of fresh baguettes, crackers and flatbreads
Dinner – A buffet presentation:
- harvest bread basket with 3 flavours of butter
- summer greens with local strawberries, sunflower seeds and our champagne vinaigrette
- classic Greek salad
- funky green apple slaw
- grilled pineapple, avocado and mango salad
- three-cheese mac and cheese with toasted bacon crumble
